For years, I had a romanticized idea of slow living.. imagining it meant reading Jane Austen, walking barefoot through green fields, staying in cozy cottages while it rained, baking from scratch, wearing linen, and lingering in charming cafรฉs.
But the illusion eventually faded, and I realized that true slow living isnโt about those curated moments. It exists in the small, everyday experiences we often overlook, yet they hold so much value.
By slowing down and embracing these simple, ordinary moments, I finally understood what slow living truly means.

Initially, I was captivated by YouTube vlogs, Instagram posts, and Pinterest boards, all portraying a beautiful, serene lifestyle. But slow living isnโt about aesthetics or material things. Itโs in the unnoticed rhythms of daily life: waking up early, savoring your first cup of tea, cooking, cleaning, and disconnecting from the digital noise.
Itโs time to rediscover the beauty in these small moments we tend to rush through.
Iโm no expert, but Iโve learned that slow living is not just a lifestyle.. itโs a mindset, a way of being present in lifeโs simplicity.
Through my blogs, I hope to explore more ways to embrace this and help others do the same.

With love, light, and a heart full of gratitude,
